Erin was on point from the get go! I felt that she was sincere and really wanted to coordinate my wedding. She has the heart and mind and is very good at what she does. It felt like my best friend was planning the wedding. We met with her over Christmas last year and she was available to meet at any time, which I liked. We hired her on the spot. She gave us a wonderful list of vendors and I hired every one of them, from the caterer to the DJ to the rentals, cake and hair and makeup! She is highly connected to all of them! I wouldn't have hired anyone else. They were all fantastic and made my wedding amazing. I live in Texas, so I sent pictures of my vision to Erin and she executed everything beautifully and went over and beyond what I expected out of her. Honestly, I just showed up at the wedding and didn't have to lift a finger. She put everything together, worked with all the vendors and kept me informed along the way. I feel so lucky to have found her, like it was meant to be. Being from Texas, I was extremely worried about finding someone who I could trust and that would be willing, she is great and took my concern away immediately. She called me several times throughout the process, gave me websites to contact and buy favors, lanterns, decorations, ect. I could text her in the middle of the night to ask her a question and she would get right back to me every time. She even helped mediate through family drama. Erin made it really easy on me. Her fee is extremely reasonable. Even my husband says "that was the best money we ever spent" I even gave her a big tip the night of the wedding because we were so pleased and had received so many compliments. Erin coordinated the rehearsal the day before the wedding as well and drew up timelines for me to follow the day of. She set up the decor, details, oversaw the vendors setting up, had her intern pick up our flowers and basically did anything and everything I needed her to do with a big smile on her face. Erin is wonderful!

I am so blessed to have found Erin! Not only is she a beautiful, thoughtful, caring person, she’s a well organized and artistically creative event planner. Erin’s remarkable skills brought my French themed Parisian birthday bash to fruition. Her attention to detail is extraordinary, and my guests were awestruck by all the many details like the Paris map, the Bon Appétit sign, and vintage trays and containers. She also displayed our French menu and dessert listings in vintage picture frames, and used rustic tin buckets for chilling the water and wine. Erin set the French country mood by choosing Hydrangea blue linens and adding lots of romantic lighting with tea light candles everywhere. Hydrangea flowers were also used in her floral table arrangements. Everything was perfect and all my guests and I were transported to Paris for the night. We didn’t want it to end. Thank you so much Erin for making my 50th birthday party one of the most memorable parties I’ve ever had.

I can’t imagine that there is another event planner who could do what Erin does. After I had been planning my wedding for a couple of months, I was ready to call the whole thing off because I was so frustrated with the process. Dealing with vendors who didn’t understand my “vision” was taking over my life and making me a very unpleasant fiancee! My fiance (now husband) basically forced me to hire a planner to help. After I met Erin for our first, very easy and pleasnt meeting over coffee, I knew that she would be perfect. She understood my wedding vision and knew all the ins-and-outs of planning that I didn’t. She stepped in to take over all the contact with my existing vendors and helped them understand what I wanted, and her existing relationships with other vendors allowed me to have the most beautiful floral arrangements I’ve ever seen at a wedding! Her attention to detail, passion for crafts and aesthetics, and casual professionalism helped bring my vision to life. Once Erin was involved with the planning process, I felt like I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She asked me what I wanted, I told her, and she would make it happen! My wedding day was seamless. I didn’t worry about details, I knew that my guests were taken care of, and all I had to do was be pretty, get married, and have a wonderful evening with my friends, family and husband!

Ray and I can’t thank you enough for contributing all of your talent and creativity to our special day!! You have such a knack for planning and your calm and cool manner was so incredibly comforting for all of us. I trusted you 110%, from day one I knew we were on the same page. Erin just recently was our week-of coordinator for our wedding. She was great!! Not only was she super organized, but she kept everyone calm and kept things running smoothly, as well. How do I even begin on what an INCREDIBLE party you planned for our daughter and us. You took our daughter’s 5th birthday party in a direction that I couldn’t even imagine. Every detail was so perfect, from Tinkerbell, the treasure hunt, the fabulous candy bar, face painting, the maps created by you and so much more. The day of the party my daughter had a blast and the kids were in heaven. The best part was that I actually got to enjoy it too! As the mom of the bday girl, I got to interact with all the adults and kids not having to worry about a thing. The adults kept coming up to me saying this is the BEST party I have been to. The taco stand was a huge hit with the kids and adults, too. I just had another call saying, how did you make everything so fun and cute? Thank you so much for making my fun dream come to life. I am going to tell everyone I know about you! Looking forward to working with you again… You were a true pleasure to work with!

The engagement celebration for our son was a huge success thanks to you. The “intimate party” for 100 of our closest friends still had that home made feeling with the ease of a catered affair. What especially impressed me was how I was able to finally feel like a guest at my own party. You completely took away the usual stress by planning, staffing and staging everything from top to bottom.
